Fresh tea, packed to order
We pack every tea order by hand from sealed bulk stock. Orders pack and ship within one business day, Monday through Friday. Weekend orders go out Monday.

Measured from our deliveries:
- Nearby (AZ, CA, NV, UT, ID, MT, CO, NM, TX, OK, KS, NE, WY): 2-4 business days
- Across the country: 3-5 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii & territories: 5-10 business days

- FREE USPS shipping on orders of $59+ (after discounts)
- Under $59: $5.95 nearby / $7.95 across the country
- Alaska, Hawaii & territories: $12.95 flat

Wrong address?
If you catch an address mistake, email us right away and we will correct it if the order has not shipped. Once a package ships to the address you entered, we cannot redirect it. If it comes back to us, we will reship it for the cost of the new postage. Please double check your address at checkout.
