Who doesn’t love a refreshing cup of iced tea with lemonade? The Arnold Palmer has become one of the most popular summer drinks. At Hackberry tea, we think drinking iced tea with the variety of blends we offer is a great way to cool down on a hot summer day. You can read our blog on the Arnold Palmers to get ideas for what teas pair best with lemonade (or limeade). We are living in times where the cocktail-style drink is becoming more and more popular. So, we decided to try it with our teas. Here is a simple idea for fancying up your tea even more with a few simple ingredients. You can watch our video to see specific reactions to the drinks we tried.
Fruity Arnold Palmer
- Cup of Ice
- 1 ½ oz of Raspberry Syrup
- Strawberry Fields Tea
- Lemonade of Your Choice (Limeade would taste great too!)
- A Squeeze of Lemon
Pour the syrup, equal parts of tea and lemonade, and a squeeze of lemon over ice. Stir and enjoy. It's a delicious caffeine-free fruity drink that people of all ages can enjoy.
Sparkly Arnold Palmer
- Cup of Ice
- Mango Black Tea
- Ginger Ale
- Squeeze of Lime
Pour equal parts of the Mango Black Tea and lemonade over ice. Top off with ginger ale and add a squeeze of lime. The sweetness and sparkle of the ginger ale give this drink a little extra kick, along with the delicious mango flavor. Since Mango Black is a black tea, it is caffeinated and provides a refreshing drink, maybe while you sit by the pool enjoying a warm day.
